How to Dress Up Left-over Chili
It's day after the Super Bowl. Are you staring at a ton of left-over Chili sitting in your fridge?
I know I am.
Sometimes, I just can't take plain Chili. So, today for Lunch, I was inspired by some Arugula that needed eating and a few other items in our fridge.
I threw in....
1. Arugula
2. Cilantro
3. Goat Cheese
4. Cheddar
5. Avocado
WOW..it may not look like much, but these 5 Ingredients really made my Chili pop! They made my meal feel fresh and not so heavy. Simple, but so delicious!
