When Wood and Hand-made Paper Collide
I am a fan of Book-making. I find it to be an incredibly satisfying process.
For those who are less inclined to adventure into the world of Book-making there is Boarding School Bindery. This Brother and Sister team use reclaimed wood from Maine combined with heavy watercolor paper to make exquisite journals.
They cost a pretty penny...but would make a wonderful special present for a very special person. Perhaps one of these days I'll treat myself to one!
For less intimidating examples of Book-making, check out my posts here, here, here, and here.
